What counts as a document?
A document is any file you upload: PDF, Word, text file, etc. A 100-page PDF counts as 1 document. Web pages from the scraper also count as documents.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on AWS servers in the European Union (Paris region). We are fully GDPR compliant and never share your data with third parties.
