What file formats are supported?
Ragnight reads all common formats: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV and HTML. Scanned images are read automatically (OCR). Audio and video meetings and podcasts are transcribed automatically. Outlook emails and archives are available on advanced plans.
How many documents can I store?
It depends on your plan. You start with a free trial, no credit card needed. Visit our Pricing page for volume details — you can change plans at any time.
Are my documents secure?
Yes, completely. Each organisation's data is fully isolated — your competitor cannot access your data, even if they also use Ragnight. Everything is encrypted. Access to each knowledge base is controlled by the administrator. No document ever leaves your organisation.
Can I connect multiple sources at once?
Yes. Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Confluence, SharePoint — everything connects simultaneously. Your AI assistants query a single unified base, regardless of where the document is stored. Syncing is automatic: when a document is updated in its source, Ragnight picks it up.
